Our Story

Transforming lives, one mindset at a time.

TalkManTalk Publishing, Inc. is a North Carolina-based initiative that transforms lives through three core pillars: speaking engagements, life coaching, and the distribution of "12 Principles to Inner Peace" educational materials. We believe anyone can become whole again — and our Free Yourself From Yourself program walks with people through every step of the mindset-rehab process.

We were created as a proactive response to the alarming rates of addiction, the opioid epidemic, mass shootings, and suicide. So many people would benefit from honest guidance from someone with lived experience who can help them move out of emotional distress through a systematic, inspiring, and life-changing approach. Our ideal partner is anyone open to self-discovery and greater awareness of themselves and their world.

The Free Yourself From Yourself (FyFy) initiative — led by Timothy Stewart — helps at-risk youth, students, and individuals become better versions of themselves. The FyFy book, program, and products are a guide for anyone seeking a new way to live, founded on integrity, morality, self-government, and personal growth.

Prevention is an ongoing methodology that holds individuals accountable for their actions, behaviors, and daily decisions. Our visual aids keep a daily reminder posted across campus — giving students a constant cue toward the principles of prevention, and giving staff a visual tool to coach students in real time.
